It’s used to create your demo and to prevent spam sign-ups, and it’s deleted automatically after 7 days. No analytics, no tracking cookies, no profiling. Who this applies to
This Privacy Policy covers demo.craftformswp.com — the live, throwaway sandbox where you can try CraftForms without installing anything. What we collect
Just one thing: the email address you type into the “Request a demo” form. That’s it. We don’t ask for your name, company, or any payment details to spin up a demo, and we don’t run analytics, advertising, heatmap or any other visitor-tracking tools on this site.
Optionally, you can tick a box to receive occasional CraftForms news, new features and promotional emails. That’s the only additional use of your email, and it is entirely opt-in — leaving the box unticked changes nothing about how long your data is kept.
Why we collect it & how long we keep it

Your email and the demo site itself are deleted automatically 7 days after the demo is created. After that, nothing about your request remains on our systems.
The one exception: if you opted in to news and promos, we keep your email address for that purpose only — until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. You can opt out at any time.
Cookies & tracking
This site sets no tracking or analytics cookies. There’s no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party profiling. WordPress may set a few strictly functional cookies when you log in to your demo site (to keep you signed in) — these are essential to the service and are never used for tracking.
The demo also does not use Freemius (the licensing and analytics SDK bundled with the commercial plugin). The demo runs a fully-unlocked build with no license activation and no “phone-home” telemetry.
Your demo site and its data
Each demo is a private, disposable WordPress site. Anything you create inside it — forms, submissions, products, uploads — lives only within that demo and is permanently destroyed when the demo expires after 7 days. Because it’s a sandbox for evaluation, please don’t enter other people’s real personal data into a demo.
Your rights
You can ask us to access or delete your email at any time — although in most cases it’s already gone within 7 days. If you opted in to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe from any message or contact us to be removed. If you’re in the EEA or the UK, you have rights under the GDPR including access, correction, erasure, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
